Buy your item on our Shopify store (EXPO pick-up only). You will see “EXPO pick-up only” items on the product page.
STEP 2
Check your email
You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Tap “Show 2D barcode” in the email to display your 2D barcode.
STEP 3
Queue at the venue
Join the PICK-UP lane at the Tokyo Marathon EXPO. Follow the signs and staff instructions.
STEP 4
Show your 2D barcode
At reception, show your 2D barcode on your phone. A staff member will scan it.
STEP 5
Receive your items
Our staff will hand you the bag. Please check the label and number on the bag before you leave.
What to bring
- Your 2D barcode (on your phone is fine）
- Order number (just in case)
- If someone else picks up for you: the order confirmation email and the order number
If you cannot find the email with your 2D barcode
- Search your inbox: Look for the subject line "Order confirmation" or search by our sender domain.
- Check your spam folder: Ensure the email hasn't been filtered into your spam, junk, or trash folders.
- Still can’t find it? : You can access your 2D barcode by logging into your "My Page" and clicking the "Pick-Up Receipt" button. Show this screen to our staff, and they will assist you.

Order cannot be cancelled nor refunded even if you cannot be able to reach at the TOKYO Marathon EXPO real site at the dedicated date and time.
Please note, we don't accept any inquiry for changing the size or color at the EXPO site. All goods are ready for picking only based on the order placed at this website.
