About Receipts

For each payment method, the document issued for that payment serves as the official receipt. Please review the details as needed.
We do not issue or mail handwritten receipts.
Due to system limitations, we are unable to include a receipt with the product shipment.
We are unable to issue receipts for only part of an order when multiple items are purchased.
We do not accept requests to issue receipts for returns made for customer convenience or for partial returns.
Receipts can no longer be issued once more than one month has passed after you receive your item(s). After you receive the completion notification, please download the receipt from your order history as soon as possible. (We are unable to reissue receipts after this period.)

For Credit Card Payments

Your direct payment contract is with your credit card company or installment finance company, so the statement issued by your card issuer will serve as your receipt.
For credit card payments, you can also issue a receipt yourself. A link to the receipt download page is provided in the order completion email and in your order history on My Page. Please download it there for your records.
