After your order is completed, the final total payment amount will be shown in the “Order Confirmation Email” automatically sent by our system.

For Customers Using Cards Issued Outside Japan (Exchange Rates & Refunds)
All payments on this site are processed in Japanese yen (JPY). If your purchase is made in the currency of your card-issuing country, the exchange rate applied will be the rate at the time of payment.
If a refund occurs: Refunds are processed in the Japanese yen amount charged at the time of purchase, but the amount credited back to your account will be converted using the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed. Due to fluctuations between the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of refund, a loss (or gain) may occur. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any such difference.
Pick-up at Event
Items for this event are available for pick-up at the event venue only. We do not offer shipping to your home or any other address.
When picking up your order, please present your order confirmation email (2D barcode, etc.) and a valid form of identification (passport, etc.).
Pre-Orders and Product Reservation
In principle, cancellations or changes after a pre-order is completed are not accepted. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product, please contact the venue staff for assistance.
